Application Process

The Application Process is very Simple — The homes are on lockboxes and you can make an appointment at your convenience to see the home. Once you have picked out a home, we will start working on your application and verification of Residence and Income. This takes about 2 days depending on your references.

Pets

We are pet friendly and love our Fur Babies. We allow 2 pets per home. See our Policies Page for information on what we allow for pets.

Qualifications

  1. 1Do you have monthly employment income of about $3,200 per month or 3 times the rent with verifiable employment income? With stable employment history of at least 2 years?
  2. 2How many occupants will there be? Please list adults and children with ages of the children.
  3. 3Do you have pets? This includes fish, turtles, reptiles, and caged animals. If so, how many and what breeds?
  4. 4Do you have positive rental references that are not friends or relatives?
  5. 5Do you have a valid Texas Driver's License?
  6. 6Do any of the occupants have a Criminal History?
